OYO Blaby Westfield Hotel

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and excellent service. We needed more towels and they were delivered to the room within 5 minutes. We left some post behind and Geo very kindly sent them to me at no cost to me. Would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to see what it will be like when they have finished all the renovating.

Outwardly the place looks a little run down, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff and a really nice, clean, modern room with a nice bathroom. The place seems to be in the process of a lot of refurbishments but I found that it met (and exceeded) my expectations for a budget hotel room. Would not hesitate to return again…Thank you.

Layout of room. Clean bathroom. Proper hot water (Not just lukewarm) Biscuits on the hot drinks tray. An extra small table as well as the desk. Had a room in main building. Friendly, respectful & very helpful staff.

The personal service from the person that greeted us at arrival was excellent. Very friendly and professional and also gave us lots of advice and local knowledge.

You get what you pay for. If you want luxury, don’t stay here. If you want value for money, a bed, a bath and somewhat comfortable for the night, this is perfect.
